Asset Verifier is a cloud-based SaaS platform for asset management, QR code generation, and verification tracking. We provide tools for organizations to track, verify, and manage physical assets across multiple locations.
You must register for an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Asset Verifier offers subscription-based pricing plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use Asset Verifier to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) upload malicious content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) resell or redistribute the service without authorization; (e) use the service for any illegal purpose.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Asset Verifier. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Verifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
